img-doctors-Taylor_James_webDr. James Taylor is scheduled to attend the 150th anniversary of the founding of the Scudder Memorial Hospital in Ranipet, India.  Founder’s Day is September 3rd.

Dr. Taylor’s great-great grandfather, Dr. Silas Downer Scudder started the hospital in 1866.  Dr. Silas Scudder, was the son of Dr. John Scudder, the first American doctor to come to India.

Scudder Memorial Hospital serves the healthcare needs of  provides affordable, quality healthcare to over 65 villages in and around Ranipet.

Dr. Taylor has been active in support of SMH and the Scudder Association is proud to have him representing us at this historic occasion.
