We are proud to announce that Dr. Rob Fish will be delivering the 8th Annual Ida S. Scudder Oration on the campus of the CMC Vellore Hospital and Medical School, 99 years after Dr. Scudder began practicing medicine in India.

Rob is related to both Ida S. Scudder and his aunt Ida B. Scudder who also committed a lifetime of service to those in need.

The Seventh Dr. Ida S. Scudder Humanitarian Oration will be delivered by Dr. Robert Fish on Thursday 9th August, 8:30AM – EDT. The presentation is available on live streaming Click here to view ( available only on INTERNET EXPLORER 8 or higher version.)

    My name is Thomas gene Scudder i was born may 4th 1950 in margaretteville N.Y. raised in halcottville N.Y. a cemetery there is named there after the Scudder family also Scudder hill house and rood 3 miles away in ro bery township out family members owned this land and in halcottville it self my father and mother owned th2 house next to the grist mill which has been totally restored and a gift shop sits where the house was these places are all national historical sites a cremery across the street railroad old docks for barges and boats the town remains the same after 120 years a fire house 1 truck built around 1910 a general store gas p.o. all in 1 i have more i will be going there in the next 3 week’s
