Peter and Liz were the quintessential couple.
Barbara and I always admired their combined presence, As partners, they appeared to enhance one another, proving that sometimes 1+1 can far exceed a couple. Together they were a wonderful, nurturing force of nature; a living love story.
Liz and her family have our deepest and most profound sympathies. Both Barbara and I, as well as the entire Scudder Association Foundation, will deeply miss Peter's presence and the poignant example he and Liz portrayed of what true story book love looks like.

Here's wishing you, "fair winds and following seas,"Peter.
